Minimum Requirements
What we're looking for.
- Must have 5+ years of professional cleaning experience
- Airbnb turnover experience is required
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be dependable and arrive on time
- Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards
- Must be able to communicate professionally with management
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Bri Luxe Cleaning is a drug-free workplace
Preferred Qualifications
- Open availability preferred, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to accept last-minute assignments and schedule changes
- Flexible schedule is a plus
